Lovedale Farm developer Capital Corporation has announced a partnership with Eden Brae Homes to deliver custom-designed homes at the $1 billion golf estate taking shape in Hunter Valley wine country.
It marks the latest milestone in the next stage of delivery at Lovedale Farm.
The first 200 homes and a championship golf course are anticipated for completion in 2027.
As part of the collaboration, Eden Brae Homes has constructed the Lovedale Farm display home, which will open to the public on March 21.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom display home is one of a collection of homes custom-designed for the project.
It has a large main bedroom suite with three-metre ceilings, dedicated golf buggy parking, and a farmhouse-style kitchen with a butler's pantry.
Premium upgrades include an outdoor kitchen, a walk-in wine display and a gas fireplace.
Pricing for homes at Lovedale Farm starts from $1.14 million for a four-bedroom house with a rumpus room and a double garage on a 504-square-metre lot.
Capital Corporation managing director Jim Hunter said the partnership was built on a strong history of collaboration between the two groups.
"This is not our first collaboration," Mr Hunter said.
"Capital Corporation has partnered with Eden Brae Homes across several successful communities, including Fairway Views and Fairway Gardens neighbourhoods at Kellyville.

"Lovedale Farm represents a continuation of that proven partnership, underpinned by a shared focus on quality, delivery and creating places people are proud to call home.
"We are pleased to be bringing that experience to the Hunter Valley."
Eden Brae Homes general managing director Arthur Ilias said the Lovedale Farm display home showcased the lifestyle and craftsmanship buyers could expect.
Lovedale Farm spans 600 acres opposite The Vintage.
"Lovedale Farm presents a rare opportunity to create homes that are custom designed for their setting, with refined layouts, quality inclusions and a strong connection to the way people want to live in the Hunter Valley," Mr Ilias said.
The display home launches on March 21 at a community event on-site from 10.30am to 1.30pm.
The master-planned community of 500 homes, 140 apartments and a 300-room resort is centred on an 18-hole championship golf course opposite The Vintage on Wine Country Drive.

Golf course designer Darius Oliver and award-winning international architectural firm Hachem has been instrumental in creating Lovedale Farm, which was originally a dairy farm bought by Capital Corporation in 2004.
Blocks in the 600-acre development vary in size from 500-square-metre village lots and 3000-square-metre lifestyle lots.
Facilities include a private residents' pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, a green village oval and an off-leash dog park.

More than 50 per cent of Lovedale Farm will be dedicated to the golf course, bushland, parks and water features.
The site will retain many of its established trees, and extensive planting of 2000 trees has already been undertaken.
The project is set to generate about 1250 jobs in the local area, injecting an estimated $300 million into the Hunter during construction.
