The developer behind the $1 billion Lovcdalc Farm golf estate has announced a major design milestone for the project.
Capital Corporation has appointed Sydney-based studio H&E Architects to lead the design of the golf clubhouse, as well as the on-site wellness centre.
The award-winning finn, which has designed high-end hospitality, retail, commercial and residential projects across Sydney, will oversee the architectural and interior design of the 1200-square-metre club house.
The clubhouse will anchor the 600-acre estate's 18-hole championship golf course designed by Darius Oliver.
It will include a reception lounge, a pro shop, a signature restaurant and bar, a members' lounge, and event spaces for weddings and conferences.

H&E Architects director Christopher Grinham said the design draws direct inspiration from the site's heritage as a former dairy farm, combining timber, natural materials, and low, horizontal lines that settle into the landscape.
“Our objective was to create a clubhouse that feels deeply connected to the lifestyle envisioned for Lovedale Farm, somewhere residents and guests naturally gravitate throughout the day,~ Mr Grinham said.
“We wanted to create something memorable, where the architecture responds to the landscape rather than imposing on it.”
H&E Architects' portfolio includes Esteban Restaurant & Bar in Sydney’s CBD, Chiswick in Woollahra, Wentworth Bar at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, and Barangaroo House.
"Bringing H&E Architects on board is a real statement of intent for Lovedale Farm," capital corporation managing director Jim Hunter said.
"Christopher and his team have a rare ability to design spaces that feel both grounded in place and genuinely elevated, and that is exactly what we wanted for the clubhouse.
"The golf facilities will set the tone for the entire community, and we are confident this design will become a new landmark for the Hunter Valley."
The display home on-site at Lovedale Farm
The golf, resort and residential development on Wine Country Drive has generated more than $30 million in sales since launching the display home on-site in March.
According to capital Corporation, a diverse mix of buyers, including owner-occupiers and investors from Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter region, have purchased land-only lots and house-and-land packages across the development.
Blocks vary in size from 500-square-metre village lots and 3000-square metre lifestyle lots.
Sydney-based Colin Partridge and his wife Lyn West purchased a house-and-land package last year.
Mr Partridge, who grew up in Bulga and attended high school in Singleton, said he didn't plan to return to live in the Hunter Valley but had a change of heart after visiting the Lovedale Farm display at Hunter Valley Gardens.

The couple picked out a block that backs onto a nature reserve with only one neighbour.
“I visited the display and thought 'I can visualise this', and we just came home, literally put the 10 per cent deposit on about three days later,” he said.
“We looked at the housing designs and we love the fact that it was a house-and-land package.
"Living in Sydney, we've always renovated, but it's not quite the same as having brand new.
"The options given to us for a single storey home were perfect, because we live in a two storey, and we're getting to the point where we don't want to do stairs anymore."
The facilities also appealed to the couple.
The master-planned community of 500 homes, 140 apartments and a 300-room resort is centred on an 18-hole championship golf course opposite The Vintage.
Facilities include a private residents' pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, a green village oval and an off-leash dog park.
"The way they market it, they call it a lifestyle, and I think it will be for us," he said.
“In reality, we wouldn't have to leave the complex - everything is going to be there on our doorstep.
"We won't feel like the 'new kids on the block', but pan of a neighbourhood of like-minded people looking for a lifestyle change.”
The construction of a roundabout on Wine Country Drive to provide access from Lovedale Farm to The Vintage is the next stage of the project.
Work is expected to begin in July.
